Now that my new book A Tale of Two Houses-Our journey of buying a house the right way after buying one the wrong way  is available for purchase I wanted to take some time to share why I wrote it.

Writing a book is a big undertaking. The actual writing of the book is very hard, but that might be the easiest thing in the whole process. Why did I finally decide last December that enough was enough and that it was time to finish up already and release the book?

Because the message of “A Tale of Two Houses” is needed. Having talked with other individuals, either in one on one coaching or in promotion of the book, I have come to realize that many of us don’t actually know what we are doing when we buy a home, especially for the first time.

There’s nothing wrong with that except for the fact that buying a home is probably the largest purchase we will have ever made, and we put little or no thought into the process.

Because of that I wrote “A Tale of Two Houses” to help guide you along the process. This is not a technical, step by step guide written by a real estate agent. Instead this is a book about our journey, with real life numbers, of first selling our condo and then buying a new home for our family. After reading “A Tale of Two Houses” I guarantee you will be more aware of what the process is and you will be able to take control and save yourself thousands of dollars.

My goal is to sell 500 copies in the first 90 days of its release. While that is a big goal, I need your help. If you know of someone who is looking into buying or selling their home in the near future would you mind forwarding them a link to the book? I truly believe that if you read the book and apply its principles you will easily save at least $1,000 on your purchase. At its current price that is more than a 100x return on investment!
