JW’s Financial Coaching Podcast- “My Experience in . . .” series, Paying for College

We continue in the “My Experience in . . .” series today by discussing how I paid for college.  Thankfully, I was able to go to college and earn a degree in accounting without going into student loan debt!  How did I do that?  Well, I give the four keys that I believe helped me be able to accomplish that feat and hint: it was not playing Madden on the PS3 or watching Real World episodes.  I also tell what I would do differently if I could do it again and how I would be better prepared.

As mentioned in the podcast, Zach Bissonnette’s book Debt-Free U: How I Paid for an Outstanding College Education Without Loans, Scholarships, or Mooching off My Parents is an outstanding book that all college students and parents of college students should read before going to school.
