With Thanksgiving in our rear view mirror and Christmas right around the corner that means that 2013 is quickly coming to an end and 2014 is right around the corner. To celebrate 2013 and look ahead to 2014 I will be doing a year end podcast to be released sometime between Christmas and New Years focusing not on me, but on you the listener.

All I am asking is for you to take two minutes to answer two basic questions:

1. What one thing have you done to improve your finances in 2013?

2.What one thing are you looking forward to doing in 2014 with your finances?

What you have done to improve your finances this year can be anything. From something small such as doing a budget, determining how much take-home pay you receive each month, or cutting back on your expenses. Or it could be something big such as getting out of debt, paying for a car with cash, or saving up a full emergency fund! It doesn’t matter as long as it is something you did. Most people did nothing this year to change their finances but if you did something, I want to share it on the show to inspire others.

In addition, I also want to know what you are planning on doing this upcoming year. You don’t have to know how exactly you will accomplish it yet, but go ahead and list a financial goal you have for 2014. I will accumulate all the responses and read them on the year end podcast. My goal is to have 100 responses so please help inspire others by sharing your financial accomplishments and dreams for both the present and the future.
